NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management (PSM)
Accredited NEBOSH training delivered across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the GCC.
Course overview
NEBOSH has collaborated with Great Britain's Health and Safety Regulator, the Health and Safety Executive (HSE), to develop the NEBOSH HSE Certificate in Process Safety Management. It combines the advanced technical 'high hazard' expertise of HSE with NEBOSH's ability to deliver strong vocational OSH qualifications.
It is designed to give delegates a broad understanding of the accepted principles and recognised industrial practices for managing process risk, so they can recognise and contribute to the control of process safety hazards. It is based on extensive research with health and safety professionals, employers, professional bodies and regulators.
It is intended for people who work in process industries such as oil and gas refining, chemicals, plastics and pharmaceuticals manufacturing. Process safety management is a blend of engineering and management skills, focused on preventing catastrophic accidents and near misses associated with loss of containment of energy or dangerous substances such as chemicals and hydrocarbons.
