Course Overview
IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control (WIPC) Level 3 & 4 is for personnel in well-intervention operations where pressure control must be maintained. It covers pressure-control principles, well integrity, barriers, completion equipment, shut-in procedures and well-kill methods.
Wireline and Coiled Tubing are optional modules — take one or both.

- Well integrity assurance and introduction to well control
- Barrier philosophy, management and verification testing

- Well-intervention operations and contingency response
Assessment & Certification
- Written assessment.
- 70% required; candidates receive the IWCF WIPC certificate at the relevant level.
